Charlie E. Williams Jr. of CWilliams LLC  is our next feature in the series. As the former Director of the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) –  & Deputy Assistant Secretary U.S.A.F., Mr. Williams contributes invaluable expertise to the KEM team related to federal contracting and the processes in the acquisition cycle.

Mr. Williams is the President of CWilliams LLC. His organization provides strategic advice to the defense industry in direct support of the acquisition process, contract formation and the process of contract management. During his tenure at the DCMA, he successfully led an agency of over 12,000 military and civilian personnel involved in global contract management, spanning more than 18,000 contractors and $200 billion in unliquidated contract obligations.

2018 is a momentous time for the KEM team. We are proud to celebrate and acknowledge the 10 year anniversary of our company founding. As part of reflecting on what we have achieved thus far, we are highlighting our valued Strategic Partners whose proven performance contributes to our overall success in supporting the warfighter.

June features Major General William Catto, USMC (Ret.) – A results driven leader with over 25 years of senior management experience leading multifunctional, technical and acquisition organizations in both the Defense industry and the U.S. Marine Corps. Proven expertise in program management, profit and loss and international business development.

Major General Catto’s expertise is invaluable and will enable us to thrive as we look to the future. As our team moves forward, we will continue to value this partnership and the privilege to have him as part of the extended team. KEM Celebrates 10 Years – A Letter from our CEO – #KEM10

2018 represents a significant milestone for the KEM team – we celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It offers a unique opportunity to reflect on this past decade and look toward the future and what is yet to come.
