#KEM Value: STRENGTH THROUGH DIVERSITY

#KEM joins the nation in celebrating National African American History Month (1-26 February) and National Engineers’ Week (19-25 February).

We honor all African Americans who have served our armed forces and contributed significantly to the Department of Defense’s (DoD) legacy in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) cultivating a “stronger, more diverse” military and civilian force.

In the spirit of National African American History Month and National Engineers’ Week, #KEM stays committed to ensuring a diverse and well educated STEM future workforce.  We develop and promote diverse present and future Aerospace and Defense (A&D) STEM teams and industry leaders that create effective solutions as DoD challenges rapidly increase globally through the following activities:
